Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Committee on the Judiciary be discharged from further consideration of S. Res. 362 and the Senate proceed to its immediate consideration. Res. 362) designating the week beginning on October 13, 2019, as ``National Wildlife Refuge Week''.
