  Ms. ESHOO. Madam Speaker, I was unable to be present during roll call 
vote number 579, 580, and 581 on October 23, 2019 due to my attendance 
at a funeral. I would like the Record to reflect how I would have 
voted: On roll call vote number 579, I would have voted YES; On roll 
call vote number 580, I would have voted YES; On roll call vote number 
581, I would have voted NO.
