     potential impacts of rules on small entities; to the 
     Committee on the Judiciary, and in addition to the Committee

       H.R. 4605. A bill to provide compensation to certain 
     residents of the island of Vieques, Puerto Rico for the use

     be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for 
     consideration of such provisions as fall within the

       H.R. 4611. A bill to modify permitting requirements with 
     respect to the discharge of any pollutant from the Point Loma 
     Wastewater Treatment Plant in certain circumstances, and for

     Resources, for a period to be subsequently determined by the

     Act of 1971 to prohibit foreign nationals from making

     Administration.

       H.R. 4613. A bill to direct the Secretary of Veterans 
     Affairs to establish and maintain a website of the Department 
     that allows the public to obtain electronic copies of certain 
     legislatively requested reports of the Department of Veterans 
     Affairs, and for other purposes; to the Committee on 
     Veterans' Affairs.
