  Mr. CARSON of Indiana. Madam Speaker, on October 30th, on Roll Call 
Vote No. 602, I inadvertently cast a NO vote on H.R. 1373, the Grand 
Canyon Protection Act. As a proud cosponsor of this bill, I intended to 
vote AYE.
