       Mr. THOMPSON of Mississippi: Committee on Homeland 
     Security. H.R. 3699. A bill to codify the Transportation 
     Security Administration's responsibility relating to securing 
     pipelines against cybersecurity threats, acts of terrorism, 
     and other nefarious acts that jeopardize the physical 
     security or cybersecurity of pipelines, and for other 
     purposes (Rept. 116-279). Referred to the Committee of the 
     Whole House on the state of the Union.
       Ms. VELAZQUEZ: Committee on Small Business. H.R. 1615. A 
     bill to transfer the responsibility of verifying small 
     business concerns owned and controlled by veterans or 
     service-disabled veterans to the Small Business 
     Administration, and for other purposes; with an amendment 
     (Rept. 116-280, Pt. 1). Referred to the Committee of the 
     Whole House on the state of the Union.
       Mr. TAKANO: Committee on Veterans' Affairs. H.R. 3224. A 
     bill to amend title 38, United States Code, to provide for 
     increased access to Department of Veterans Affairs medical 
     care for women veterans; with an amendment (Rept. 116-281). 
     Referred to the Committee of the Whole House on the state of 
     the Union.
       Ms. WATERS: Committee on Financial Services. H.R. 3141. A 
     bill to limit the collection of annual premiums under the FHA 
     program for mortgage insurance for single family housing, and 
     for other purposes; with an amendment (Rept. 116-282). 
     Referred to the Committee of the Whole House on the state of 
     the Union.

  Pursuant to clause 2 of rule XIII, the Committee on Veterans' Affairs 
discharged from further consideration. H.R. 1615 referred to the 
Committee of the Whole House on the state of the Union.
