                         ORDER FOR ADJOURNMENT

  Mr. INHOFE. Madam President, if there is no further business to come 
before the Senate, I ask unanimous consent that it stand adjourned 
under the previous order, following the remarks of Senator Menendez.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
  The Senator from New Jersey.
  Mr. MENENDEZ. Madam President, first, let me congratulate the Senator 
from Oklahoma on his upcoming 50th anniversary.
  Mr. INHOFE. 60th.
  Mr. MENENDEZ. That is the 60th anniversary. Oh, my God. That is a 
hallmark under any set of circumstances, and we wish him much health 
and happiness with his bride for a lot longer time as well. I say 
  Mr. INHOFE. Thank you.
