                          PERSONAL EXPLANATION

                                 ______

                        HON. PETER J. VISCLOSKY

                               of indiana

                    in the house of representatives

                      Wednesday, November 13, 2019

Mr. VISCLOSKY. Madam Speaker, on November 12, 2019, I missed roll
call votes 610 and 611.
Had I been present for roll call 610, on Motion to Suspend the Rules
and Pass H.R. 4162, the GI Bill Planning Act of 2019, I would have
voted ``Yes.''
Had I been present for roll call 611, on Motion to Suspend the Rules
and Pass H.R. 3224, the Deborah Sampson Act, I would have voted
``Yes.''
