MAC THORNBERRY of texas in the house of representatives Wednesday, November 13, 2019 Mr. THORNBERRY. Madam Speaker, on Tuesday, November 12, 2019, I was unable to be in Washington and missed roll call votes. On Roll Call No. 610 on the passage of H.R. 4162, the ``GI Planning Bill Act of 2019,'' had I been present, I would have voted Aye. On Roll Call No. 611 on the passage of H.R. 3224, ``To amend title 38, United States Code, to provide for increased access to Department of Veterans Affairs medical care for women veterans,'' had I been present, I would have voted Aye. ____________________
