                               MEMORIALS

  Under clause 3 of rule XII,

       146. The SPEAKER presented a memorial of the Legislature of 
     the State of Florida, relative to Senate Bill No. 472, 
     requesting the Joint Committee on the Library of Congress to 
     approve the replacement of the statue of Confederate General 
     Edmund Kirby Smith in the National Statuary Hall Collection 
     with a statue of Mary McLeod Bethune; which was referred to 
     the Committee on House Administration.
