  Cheryl L. Johnson, Clerk of the House, reported that on November 18, 
2019, she presented to the President of the United States, for his 
approval, the following bills:

       H.R. 2423. To require the Secretary of the Treasury to mint 
     coins in commemoration of ratification of the 19th Amendment 
     to the Constitution of the United States, giving women in the 
     United States the right to vote.
       H.R. 1123. To amend title 28, United States Code, to modify 
     the composition of the eastern judicial district of Arkansas, 
     and for other purposes.
       H.R. 724. To revise section 48 of title 18, United States 
     Code, and for other purposes.
