     to provide that the amount of time that an elderly offender 
     must serve before being eligible for placement in home 
     detention is to be reduced by the amount of good time credits

     to reauthorize the Commodity Futures Trading Commission; with

       Mr. GRIJALVA: Committee on Natural Resources. H.R. 1747. A 
     bill to encourage partnerships among public agencies and 
     other interested persons to promote fish conservation; with 
     an amendment (Rept. 116-314). Referred to the Committee of 
     the Whole House on the state of the Union.
       Mr. GRIJALVA: Committee on Natural Resources. H.R. 2189. A 
     bill to require the Secretary of Commerce, acting through the 
     Administrator of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric 
     Administration, to establish a

     constituent-driven program to provide a digital information 
     platform capable of efficiently integrating coastal data with 
     decision-support tools, training, and best practices and to 
     support collection of priority coastal geospatial data to 
     inform and improve local, State, regional, and Federal 
     capacities to manage the coastal region, and for other 
     purposes; with an amendment (Rept. 116-315). Referred to the 
     Committee of the Whole House on the state of the Union.
       Mr. GRIJALVA: Committee on Natural Resources. H.R. 3115. A 
     bill to direct the Administrator of the National Oceanic and 
     Atmospheric Administration to make grants to State and local 
     governments and nongovernmental organizations for purposes of 
     carrying out climate-resilient living shoreline projects that 
     protect coastal communties by supporting ecosystem functions 
     and habitats with the use of natural materials and systems, 
     and for other purposes; with an amendment (Rept. 116-316). 
     Referred to the Committee of the Whole House on the state of 
     the Union.

discharged from further consideration. H.R. 2051 referred to the
