  Mr. GUTHRIE. Madam Speaker, I rise today to recognize Wendell Strode, 
who is retiring after 23 years of leading the National Corvette Museum 
in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Under Wendell's leadership, the National 
Corvette Museum has become one of the biggest attractions in Kentucky, 
welcoming millions of visitors to Bowling Green. The museum has been 
recognized as one of the best places for car aficionados to visit in 
the country. I want to thank Wendell for his tireless years of service 
and dedication to the National Corvette Museum and to the Bowling Green 
community, and I wish him the best in retirement.
