       Ms. JOHNSON of Texas: Committee on Science, Space, and 
     Technology. H.R. 4355. A bill to direct the Director of the 
     National Science Foundation to support research on the 
     outputs that may be generated by generative adversarial 
     networks, otherwise known as deepfakes, and other comparable 
     techniques that may be developed in the future, and for other 
     purposes; with an amendment (Rept. 116-268). Referred to the 
     Committee of the Whole House on the state of the Union.

     Technology. H.R. 4372. A bill to direct Federal science 
     agencies and the Office of Science and Technology Policy to 
     undertake activities to improve the quality of undergraduate 
     STEM education and enhance the research capacity at the 
     Nation's HBCUs, TCUs, and MSIs, and for other purposes; with 
     an amendment (Rept. 116-269). Referred to the Committee of 
     the Whole House on the state of the Union.
       Ms. JOHNSON of Texas: Committee on Science, Space, and 
     Technology. H.R. 4373. A bill to provide for a coordinated 
     Federal research initiative to ensure continued United States 
     leadership in engineering biology; with an amendment (Rept. 
     116-270). Referred to the Committee of the Whole House on the 
     state of the Union.
