ORDERS FOR FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 8, 2019, THROUGH TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 12, 2019

  Mr. McCONNELL. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the 
Senate completes its business today, it adjourn to then convene for pro 
forma session only, with no business being conducted, on Friday, 
November 8, at 8 a.m. I further ask that when the Senate adjourns on 
Friday, November 8, it next convenes at 3 p.m. Tuesday, November 12, 
and that following the prayer and pledge, the morning hour be deemed 
expired, the Journal of proceedings be approved to date, the time for 
the two leaders be reserved for their use later in the day, morning 
business be closed, and the Senate proceed to executive session and 
resume consideration of the Wolf nomination.
