APPOINTMENT OF INDIVIDUAL TO BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE AMERICAN FOLKLIFE 
                   CENTER IN THE LIBRARY OF CONGRESS

  The SPEAKER pro tempore. The Chair announces the Speaker's 
appointment, pursuant to 20 U.S.C. 2103(b), and the order of the House 
of January 3, 2019, of the following individual to the Board of 
Trustees of the American Folklife Center in the Library of Congress on 
the part of the House for a term of 6 years:
  Mr. Robert Anacletus Underwood, Hagatna, Guam
