H.R. 5294. A bill to amend the Truth in Lending Act to
establish a postsecondary education loan borrower bill of
rights and to require certain creditors to obtain private
loan certifications from institutions of higher education, to
amend the Fair Credit Reporting Act to require the Bureau of
Consumer Financial Protection to issue rules to establish
standards for reporting information related to student loans
to consumer reporting agencies, and for other purposes; to
the Committee on Financial Services, and in addition to the
Committee on Education and Labor, for a period to be
subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for
consideration of such provisions as fall within the
jurisdiction of the committee concerned.

H.R. 5295. A bill to consolidate activities of the Agency
for Healthcare Research and Quality into the National
Institutes of Health as the National Institute for Research
on Safety and Quality, and for other purposes; to the
Committee on Energy and Commerce.

Cunningham, Ms. Herrera Beutler, Mr. Van Drew, Mr.

H.R. 5296. A bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code of
1986 to provide an election to advance future child tax
credits in the year of birth or adoption; to the Committee on
Ways and Means.

H.R. 5297. A bill to amend title 5, United States Code, to
provide for a full annuity supplement for certain air traffic

2010 to preserve the independent funding the Office of
Financial Research, to establish minimum staffing levels for
the Financial Stability Oversight Council, to establish
