                       VIRGINIA BEACH STRONG ACT

  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Pursuant to the order from November 21, 2019, 
the Senate having received H.R. 4566 from the House, and the text being 
identical to S. 2592, the House bill is considered read a third time, 
and the question is on the passage of the bill.
  The bill was ordered to a third reading and was read the third time.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The bill having been read the third time, the 
question is, Shall the bill pass?
