  Under clause 2 of rule XIV, executive communications were taken from 
the Speaker's table and referred as follows:

     Marketing Service, Specialty Crops Program, Department of 
     Agriculture, transmitting the Department's final rule -- 
     Marketing Order Regulating the Handling of Sweet Cherries 
     Grown in Designated Counties in Washington; Decreased 
     Assessment Rate [Doc. No.: AMS-SC-19-0049; SC19-923-1 FR] 
     received December 11, 2019, pursuant to 5 U.S.C. 
     801(a)(1)(A); Public Law 104-121, Sec. 251; (110 Stat. 868); 
     to the Committee on Agriculture.
       3303. A letter from the Chief, Publications and Regulations 
     Branch, Internal Revenue Service, transmitting the Service's 
     final regulation and removal of temporary regulation -- 
     Calculation of UBTI for Certain Exempt Organizations [TD 
     9886] (RIN: 1545-AJ92) received December 11, 2019, pursuant 
     to 5 U.S.C. 801(a)(1)(A); Public Law 104-121, Sec. 251; (110 
     Stat. 868); to the Committee on Ways and Means.
