                        MESSAGE FROM THE SENATE

  A message from the Senate by Ms. Byrd, one of its clerks, announced 
that the Senate has passed bills of the following titles in which the 
concurrence of the House is requested:

       S. 457. An act to require that $1 coins issued during 2019 
     honor President George H.W. Bush and to direct the Secretary 
     of the Treasury to issue bullion coins during 2019 in honor 
     of Barbara Bush.
       S. 2824. An act to amend title 17, United States Code, to 
     require the Register of Copyrights to waive fees for filing 
     an application for registration of a copyright claim in 
     certain circumstances, and for other purposes.

  The message also announced that the Senate agrees to the report of 
the committee of conference on the disagreeing votes of the two Houses 
on the amendment of the House to the bill (S. 1790) ``An Act to 
authorize appropriations for fiscal year 2020 for military activities 
of the Department of Defense, for military construction, and for 
defense activities of the Department of Energy, to prescribe military 
personnel strengths for such fiscal year, and for other purposes.''.
