         DHS CYBER HUNT AND INCIDENT RESPONSE TEAMS ACT OF 2019

  Mr. McCONNELL. Madam President, I understand that the Senate has 
received a message from the House to accompany H.R. 1158.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The Senator is correct.
  Mr. McCONNELL. I ask that the Chair lay before the Senate the message 
to accompany H.R. 1158.
  The Presiding Officer laid before the Senate the following message 
from the House of Representatives:

       Resolved, That the bill from the House of Representatives 
     (H.R. 1158) entitled ``An Act to authorize cyber incident 
     response teams at the Department of Homeland Security, and 
     for other purposes'', do pass with the amendment to the 
     Senate amendment.


                            Motion to Concur

  Mr. McCONNELL. I move to concur in the House amendment to the Senate 
amendment to H.R. 1158.

       The Senator from Kentucky [Mr. McConnell] moves to concur 
     in the House amendment to the Senate amendment.

amendment to H.R. 1158 with further amendment.

       The Senator from Kentucky [Mr. McConnell] moves to concur 
     on the House amendment to the Senate amendment with a further 
     amendment numbered 1263.
