                 ORDERS FOR THURSDAY, DECEMBER 19, 2019

  Mr. LANKFORD. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the 
Senate completes its business today, it adjourn until 9:30 a.m., 
Thursday, December 19; further, that following the prayer and pledge, 
the morning hour be deemed expired, the Journal of proceedings be 
approved to date, morning business be closed, and following Leader 
remarks, the Senate resume consideration of the House message to 
accompany H.R. 1865 with the time until 11 a.m. equally divided between 
the two leaders or their designees; finally, notwithstanding the 
provisions of rule XXII, the cloture motion filed during Tuesday's 
session of the Senate ripen at 11 a.m. tomorrow.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
