  RESIGNATION AS MEMBER OF PERMANENT SELECT COMMITTEE ON INTELLIGENCE

  The SPEAKER pro tempore laid before the House the following 
resignation as a member of the Permanent Select Committee on 
Intelligence:

       Dear Madam Speaker: I hereby resign from the Permanent 
     Select Committee on Intelligence, effective today.
