  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the Gallagher 
nomination.
  The senior assistant legislative clerk read the nomination John M. 
Gallagher, of Pennsylvania, to be United States District Judge for the 
Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The question is, Will the Senate advise and 
consent to the Gallagher nomination?
