The Senate will now resume legislative session. The Senate resumed consideration of the House message to H.R. 1158, a bill to authorize cyber incident response teams at the Department of Homeland Security, and for other purposes. Pending: McConnell motion to concur in the amendment of the House to the amendment of the Senate to the bill.
