                        ENROLLED BILLS PRESENTED

  The Secretary of the Senate reported that on today, December 19, 
2019, she had presented to the President of the United States the 
following enrolled bills:

       S. 50. An act to authorize the Secretary of the Interior to 
     assess sanitation and safety conditions at Bureau of Indian 
     Affairs facilities that were constructed to provide affected 
     Columbia River Treaty tribes access to traditional fishing 
     grounds and expend funds on construction of facilities and 
     structures to improve those conditions, and for other 
     purposes.
       S. 216. An act to provide for equitable compensation to the 
     Spokane Tribe of Indians of the Spokane Reservation for the 
     use of tribal land for the production of hydropower by the 
     Grand Coulee Dam, and for other purposes.
       S. 256. An act to amend the Native American Programs Act of 
     1974 to provide flexibility and reauthorization to ensure the 
     survival and continuing vitality of Native American 
     languages.
       S. 737. An act to direct the National Science Foundation to 
     support STEM education research focused on early childhood.
       S. 1790. An act to authorize appropriations for fiscal year 
     2020 for military activities of the Department of Defense, 
     for military construction, and for defense activities of the 
     Department of Energy, to prescribe military personnel 
     strengths for such fiscal year, and for other purposes.


                         Enrolled Bills Signed

  At 7:42 p.m., a message from the House of Representatives, delivered 
by Mrs. Cole, one of its reading clerks, announced that the Speaker has 
signed the following enrolled bills:

       S. 151. An act to deter criminal robocall violations and 
     improve enforcement of section 227(b) of the Communications 
     Act of 1934, and for other purposes.
       H.R. 777. An act to reauthorize programs authorized under 
     the Debbie Smith Act of 2004.
       H.R. 1158. An act making consolidated appropriations for 
     the fiscal year ending September 30, 2020, and for other 
     purposes.
       H.R. 1865. An act making further consolidated 
     appropriations for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2020, 
     and for other purposes.
       H.R. 3196. An act to designate the Large Synoptic Survey 
     Telescope as the ``Vera C. Rubin Observatory''.

  The enrolled bills were subsequently signed by the Acting President 
pro tempore (Mr. Hoeven).
