    REAPPOINTMENT OF INDIVIDUAL TO UNITED STATES-CHINA ECONOMIC AND 
                       SECURITY REVIEW COMMISSION

  The SPEAKER pro tempore. The Chair announces the Speaker's 
reappointment, effective January 1, 2020, pursuant to section 
1238(b)(3) of the Floyd D. Spence National Authorization Act for fiscal 
year 2001 (22 U.S.C. 7002), as amended, and the order of the House of 
January 3, 2019, of the following individual on the part of the House 
to the United States-China Economic and Security Review Commission for 
a term expiring on December 31, 2021:
