            SUBMISSION OF CONCURRENT AND SENATE RESOLUTIONS

  The following concurrent resolutions and Senate resolutions were 
read, and referred (or acted upon), as indicated:

           By Mr. MENENDEZ (for himself, Mr. Gardner, and Mr. 
             Markey):
       S. Res. 67. A resolution expressing the sense of the Senate 
     on the importance and vitality of the United States alliances 
     with Japan and the Republic of Korea, and our trilateral 
     cooperation in the pursuit of shared interests; to the 
     Committee on Foreign Relations.
           By Mr. MERKLEY (for himself, Mr. Paul, and Mr. Markey):
       S. Con. Res. 2. A concurrent resolution expressing the 
     sense of Congress that any United States-Saudi Arabia 
     civilian nuclear cooperation agreement must prohibit the 
     Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from enriching uranium or separating 
     plutonium on its own territory, in keeping with the strongest 
     possible nonproliferation ``gold standard''; to the Committee 
     on Foreign Relations.
