           MESSAGE FROM THE HOUSE RECEIVED DURING ADJOURNMENT

  Under the authority of the order of the Senate of January 3, 2019, 
the Secretary of the Senate, on February 15, 2019, during the 
adjournment of the Senate, received a message from the House of 
Representatives announcing that the House agreed to the following 
concurrent resolution:

       S. Con. Res. 4. Concurrent resolution providing for a 
     correction in the enrollment of H.J. Res. 31.

  The message also announced that the House agreed to the report of the 
committee of conference on the disagreeing votes of the two Houses on 
the amendment of the Senate to the resolution (H.J. Res. 31) making 
further continuing appropriations for the Department of Homeland 
Security for fiscal year 2019, and for other purposes.


                    Enrolled Joint Resolution Signed

  Under the authority of the order of the Senate of January 3, 2019, 
the Secretary of the Senate, on February 15, 2019, during the 
adjournment of the Senate, received a message from the House of 
Representatives announcing that the Speaker had signed the following 
enrolled joint resolution:

       H.J. Res. 31. Joint resolution making consolidated 
     appropriations for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2019, 
     and for other purposes.

  Under the authority of the order of the Senate of January 3, 2019, 
the enrolled joint resolution was signed on February 15, 2019, during 
the adjournment of the Senate, by the Acting President pro tempore 
(Mrs. Fischer).
