    SANTA YNEZ BAND OF CHUMASH INDIANS LAND AFFIRMATION ACT OF 2019

  The SPEAKER pro tempore. Pursuant to clause 8 of rule XX, the 
unfinished business is the question on suspending the rules and passing 
the bill (H.R. 317) to reaffirm the action of the Secretary of the 
Interior to take land into trust for the benefit of the Santa Ynez Band 
of Chumash Mission Indians, and for other purposes, as amended.
  The Clerk read the title of the bill.
  The SPEAKER pro tempore. The question is on the motion offered by the 
gentleman from New Jersey (Mr. Van Drew) that the House suspend the 
rules and pass the bill, as amended.
  The question was taken; and (two-thirds being in the affirmative) the 
rules were suspended and the bill, as amended, was passed.
  A motion to reconsider was laid on the table.
