       H.R. 2374. A bill to enable the Federal Trade Commission to 
     deter filing of sham citizen petitions to cover an attempt to 
     interfere with approval of a competing generic drug or 
     biosimilar, to foster competition and facilitate the 
     efficient review of petitions filed in good faith to raise 
     legitimate public heath concerns, and for other purposes; to 
     the Committee on the Judiciary.

       H.R. 2375. A bill to prohibit prescription drug companies 
     from compensating other prescription drug companies to delay 
     the entry of a generic drug, biosimilar biological product, 
     or interchangeable biological product into the market; to the 
     Committee on the Judiciary, and in addition to the Committee 
     on Energy and Commerce, for a period to be subsequently 
     determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of 
     such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the 
     committee concerned.

       H.R. 2376. A bill to require the Federal Trade Commission 
     to study the role of intermediaries in the pharmaceutical

     Judiciary, for a period to be subsequently determined by the
