REAFFIRMING AUTHORITY OF SECRETARY OF INTERIOR TO TAKE LAND INTO TRUST
FOR INDIAN TRIBES
The SPEAKER pro tempore. Pursuant to clause 8 of rule XX, the
unfinished business is the vote on the motion to suspend the rules and
pass the bill (H.R. 375) to amend the Act of June 18, 1934, to reaffirm
the authority of the Secretary of the Interior to take land into trust
for Indian Tribes, and for other purposes, on which the yeas and nays
were ordered.
The Clerk read the title of the bill.

and pass the bill.
