A bill to amend title 10, United States Code, to require the inclusion of information regarding military installation resilience in master plans for major military installations, and for other purposes; to the Committee on Armed Services. A bill to direct the Comptroller General of the United States to carry out a study on the security impact of sexually harassing behavior in United States nuclear weapons complex sites; to the Committee on Energy and Commerce, and in addition to the Committee on Armed Services, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
