     REPORT ON RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR CONSIDERATION OF H.R. 986, 
   PROTECTING AMERICANS WITH PREEXISTING CONDITIONS ACT OF 2019, AND 
 PROVIDING FOR CONSIDERATION OF H.R. 2157, SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS 
                               ACT, 2019

  Ms. SHALALA, from the Committee on Rules, submitted a privileged 
report (Rept. No. 116-51) on the resolution (H. Res. 357) providing for 
consideration of the bill (H.R. 986) to provide that certain guidance 
related to waivers for State innovation under the Patient Protection 
and Affordable Care Act shall have no force or effect, and providing 
for consideration of the bill (H.R. 2157) making supplemental 
appropriations for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2019, and for 
other purposes, which was referred to the House Calendar and ordered to 
be printed.
