                      Vote on the Reed Nomination

  The clerk will report the nomination.
  The senior assistant bill clerk read the nomination of Kimberly A. 
Reed, of West Virginia, to be President of the Export-Import Bank of 
the United States for a term expiring January 20, 2021.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The question is, Will the Senate advise and 
consent to the Reed nomination.
  Mr. BARRASSO. Mr. President, I ask for the yeas and nays.
