                       Vote on Bachus Nomination

  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the Bachus nomination.
  The legislative clerk read the nomination of Spencer Bachus III, of 
Alabama, to be a Member of the Board of Directors of the Export-Import 
Bank of the United States for a term expiring January 20, 2023.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The question is, Will the Senate advise and 
consent to the Bachus nomination?
  Mr. SCOTT of South Carolina. Mr. President, I ask for the yeas and 
nays.

  There appears to be a sufficient second.
