Mr. CURTIS changed his vote from ``yea'' to ``nay.''
Messrs. MITCHELL and RUTHERFORD changed their vote from ``nay'' to
``yea.''
So the motion to adjourn was rejected.
The result of the vote was announced as above recorded.
PERSONAL EXPLANATION
Ms. GRANGER. Mr. Speaker, I was unable to attend votes due to
circumstances beyond my control. Had I been present, I would have voted
``yea'' on rollcall No. 249 and ``yea'' on rollcall No. 250.
