                               MEMORIALS

  Under clause 3 of rule XII, memorials were presented and referred as 
follows:

       73. The SPEAKER presented a memorial of the General 
     Assembly of the State of New Jersey, relative to Assembly 
     Resolution No. 238, respectfully urging the United States 
     Congress to demonstrate bipartisanship by working together to 
     find common ground; to the Committee on House Administration.
       74. Also, a memorial of the General Assembly of the State 
     of New Jersey, relative to Assembly Resolution No. 230, 
     urging the federal government to pursue a broad range of 
     measures to reduce the danger of nuclear war and to ratify 
     the Treaty on Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons; jointly to the 
     Committees on Foreign Affairs and Armed Services.
