 REQUESTING THE SECRETARY OF THE INTERIOR TO AUTHORIZE UNIQUE AND ONE-
TIME ARRANGEMENTS FOR DISPLAYS ON THE NATIONAL MALL AND THE WASHINGTON 
  MONUMENT DURING THE PERIOD BEGINNING ON JULY 16, 2019 AND ENDING ON 
                             JULY 20, 2019

  Mr. McCONNELL. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that the 
Senate proceed to the immediate consideration of H.J. Res. 60, which 
was received from the House.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the joint resolution by 
title.
  The senior assistant legislative clerk read as follows:

       A joint resolution (H.J. Res. 60) requesting the Secretary 
     of the Interior to authorize unique and one-time arrangements 
     for displays on the National Mall and the Washington Monument 
     during the period beginning on July 16, 2019 and ending on 
     July 20, 2019.

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the joint 
resolution.
  Mr. McCONNELL. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that the 
joint resolution be considered read a third time and passed, the 
preamble be agreed to, and the motions to reconsider be considered made 
and laid upon the table.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
  The joint resolution (H.J. Res. 60) was ordered to a third reading, 
was read the third time, and passed.
