Madam Speaker, on Tuesday, June 25, 2019, I was unable to be in Washington and missed roll call votes No. 407 ``Republican Motion to Recommit on H.R. 3055,'' No. 408 ``Passage of H.R. 3055--Commerce, Justice, Science, Agriculture, Rural Development, Food and Drug Administration, Interior, Environment, Military Construction, Veterans Affairs, Transportation, and Housing and Urban Development Appropriations Act, 2020,'' No. 409 ``Ordering the Previous Question on H. Res. 462--The rule providing for consideration of the bill H.R. 3401--Emergency Supplemental Appropriations for Humanitarian Assistance and Security at the Southern Border Act, 2019,'' No. 410 ``Adoption of H. Res. 462--The rule providing for consideration of the bill H.R. 3401--Emergency Supplemental Appropriations for Humanitarian Assistance and Security at the Southern Border Act, 2019.''
