       H.R. 3593. A bill to require the Secretary of 
     Transportation to issue a rule requiring all new passenger 
     motor vehicles to be equipped with a child safety alert 
     system, and for other purposes; to the Committee on Energy 
     and Commerce, and in addition to the Committee on 
     Transportation and Infrastructure, for a period to be 
     subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for 
     consideration of such provisions as fall within the 
     jurisdiction of the committee concerned.

       H.R. 3594. A bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 
     1986 to create health freedom accounts available to all 
     individuals; to the Committee on Ways and Means.

       H.R. 3596. A bill to amend the Coastal Zone Management Act 
     of 1972 to establish a Working Waterfront Task Force and a 
     working waterfronts grant program, and for other purposes; to 
     the Committee on Natural Resources.

       H.R. 3597. A bill to guide and authorize basic research 
     programs in the United States for research, development, and

     and Indian Tribes to enroll individuals purchasing firearms

     Library to obtain a statue of Harriet Tubman and to place the

       H.R. 3603. A bill to amend chapter 7 of title 5, United 
     States Code, to provide that in the case of an agency that 
     appeals the ruling of a court under that chapter, and does

     purposes; to the Committee on the Judiciary.

       H.R. 3604. A bill to amend the Safe Drinking Water Act to 
     require testing of underground sources of drinking water in 
     connection with hydraulic fracturing operations, and for 
     other purposes; to the Committee on Energy and Commerce.

       H.R. 3605. A bill to expand the private right of action 
     under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act for calls in 
     violation of the Do Not Call rules; to the Committee on 
     Energy and Commerce.
           By Ms. LOFGREN:
       H. Con. Res. 51. Concurrent resolution calling on President 
     Donald J. Trump to comply with the Emoluments Clause of the 
     United States Constitution; to the Committee on Oversight and 
     Reform.
