 CELEBRATING THE 100TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE PASSAGE AND RATIFICATION OF 
THE 19TH AMENDMENT, PROVIDING FOR WOMEN'S SUFFRAGE, TO THE CONSTITUTION 
                          OF THE UNITED STATES

  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Under the previous order, S. Res. 212 is 
discharged from the Committee on the Judiciary, and the Senate will 
proceed to its immediate consideration.
  The clerk will report the resolution by title.
  The legislative clerk read as follows:

       A resolution (S. Res. 212) celebrating the 100th 
     anniversary of the passage and ratification of the 19th 
     Amendment, providing for women's suffrage, to the 
     Constitution of the United States.

  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The question is on agreeing to the resolution.
  Mr. McCONNELL. I ask for the yeas and nays.
