  EXPRESSING SUPPORT FOR THE DESIGNATION OF THE WEEK OF JUNE 1, 2019, 
     THROUGH JUNE 9, 2019, AS ``NATIONAL FISHING AND BOATING WEEK''

  Mr. McCONNELL. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the 
Commerce, Science, and Transportation Committee be discharged from 
further consideration and that the Senate now proceed to S. Res. 174.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the resolution by title.
  The legislative clerk read as follows:

       A resolution (S. Res. 174) expressing support for the 
     designation of the week of June 1, 2019, through June 9, 
     2019, as ``National Fishing and Boating Week''.

  There being no objection, the committee was discharged, and the 
Senate proceeded to consider the resolution.
  Mr. McCONNELL. I ask unanimous consent that the resolution be agreed

to, the preamble be agreed to, and the motions to reconsider be 
considered made and laid upon the table.
