     H.R. 397. A bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 
     to create a Pension Rehabilitation Trust Fund, to establish a 
     Pension Rehabilitation Administration within the Department 
     of the Treasury to make loans to multiemployer defined 
     benefit plans, and for other purposes; with an amendment 
     (Rept. 116-159, Pt. 2). Referred to the Committee of the 
     Whole House on the state of the Union.
       Mr. NADLER: Committee on the Judiciary. H.R. 3239. A bill 
     to require U.S. Customs and Border Protection to perform an 
     initial health screening on detainees, and for other 
     purposes; with an amendment (Rept. 116-162, Pt. 1). Referred 
     to the Committee of the Whole House on the state of the 
     Union.
       Mr. THOMPSON of Mississippi: Committee on Homeland 
     Security. H.R. 2203. A bill to increase transparency, 
     accountability, and community engagement within the 
     Department of Homeland Security, provide independent 
     oversight of border security activities, improve training for 
     agents and officers of U.S. Customs and Border Protection and 
     U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, and for other 
     purposes; with an amendment (Rept. 116-631, Pt. 1). Referred 
     to the Committee of the Whole House on the state of the 
     Union.
