  The following bills were read the first and the second times by 
unanimous consent, and referred as indicated:

       H.R. 34. An act to ensure consideration of water intensity 
     in the Department of Energy's energy research, development, 
     and demonstration programs to help guarantee efficient, 
     reliable, and sustainable delivery of energy and clean water 
     resources; to the Committee on Energy and Natural Resources.
       H.R. 36. An act to provide for research to better 
     understand the causes and consequences of sexual harassment 
     affecting individuals in the scientific, technical, 
     engineering, and mathematics workforce and to examine 
     policies to reduce the prevalence and negative impact of such 
     harassment, and for other purposes; to the Committee on 
     Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions.
       H.R. 617. An act to authorize the Department of Energy to 
     conduct collaborative research with the Department of 
     Veterans Affairs in order to improve healthcare services for

       H.R. 2397. An act to amend the National Institute of 
     Standards and Technology Act to make changes to the 
     implementation of the Manufacturing USA Network, and for 
     other purposes; to the Committee on Commerce, Science, and 
     Transportation.
       H.R. 3153. An act to direct the Director of the National 
     Science Foundation to support research on opioid addiction, 
     and for other purposes; to the Committee on Commerce,
