The SPEAKER presented a petition of Mr. Gregory D. Watson, a citizen of Austin, TX, relative to urging Congress to enact legislation that would earmark for the construction and maintenance of physical barriers between the United States, and nations with which the United States shares land borders, the monetary proceeds generated from the disposition of seized or forfeited assets once used as accessories in the commission of crimes which were in violation of Federal law; Transportation and Infrastructure, and Ways and Means.; which was referred jointly to the Committees on Homeland Security.
