       H.R. 4328. A bill to amend the Fair Credit Reporting Act to 
     protect certain consumers affected by a shutdown, and for 
     other purposes; to the Committee on Financial Services.
           By Mr. VARGAS (for himself and Mr. Garcia of Illinois):
       H.R. 4329. A bill to provide for disclosure of additional 
     material information about public companies and establish a 
     Sustainable Finance Advisory Committee, and for other 
     purposes; to the Committee on Financial Services.
           By Mr. HASTINGS (for himself, Mr. Wilson of South 
             Carolina, Ms. Jackson Lee, Mr. Fitzpatrick, Mr. 
             Cohen, Ms. Moore, Mr. Curtis, Mr. Veasey, Mr. 
             Malinowski, and Mr. Hudson):
       H.R. 4330. A bill to counter efforts by foreign governments 
     to pursue, harass, or otherwise persecute individuals for 
     political and other unlawful motives overseas, and for other 
     purposes; to the Committee on Foreign Affairs, and in 
     addition to the Committees on the Judiciary, and Homeland 
     Security, for a period to be subsequently determined by the 
     Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as 
     fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
           By Mr. McGOVERN (for himself, Mr. Smith of New Jersey, 
             Ms. Kaptur, Mr. Sherman, Mr. Meadows, Mr. Suozzi, Mr. 
             Malinowski, and Mr. McAdams):
       H.R. 4331. A bill to modify and reauthorize the Tibetan 
     Policy Act of 2002, and for other purposes; to the Committee 
     on Foreign Affairs, and in addition to the Committee on the 
     Judiciary, for a period to be subsequently determined by the 
     Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as 
     fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
           By Ms. NORTON:
       H.R. 4332. A bill to require the Secretary of the Treasury 
     to mint commemorative coins in recognition of Paul Laurence 
     Dunbar; to the Committee on Financial Services.
           By Ms. SPANBERGER:
       H.R. 4333. A bill to amend the Commodity Exchange Act to 
     provide certainty for futures customers and market 
     participants, and for other purposes; to the Committee on 
     Agriculture.
           By Mr. LEVIN of Michigan (for himself, Mr. Smith of New 
             Jersey, Ms. Schakowsky, and Mr. Fitzpatrick):
       H. Res. 557. A resolution expressing support for 
     designation of September 2019, as ``National Dystonia 
     Awareness Month'' and raising awareness and understanding of 
     the disorder of dystonia; to the Committee on Energy and 
     Commerce.
