                           MEASURES REFERRED

  The following bills were read the first and the second times by 
unanimous consent, and referred as indicated:

       H.R. 1595. An act to create protections for depository 
     institutions that provide financial services to cannabis-
     related legitimate businesses and service providers for such 
     businesses, and for other purposes; to the Committee on 
     Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs.
       H.R. 2203. An act to increase transparency, accountability, 
     and community engagement within the Department of Homeland 
     Security, provide independent oversight of border security 
     activities, improve training for agents and officers of U.S. 
     Customs and Border Protection and U.S. Immigration and 
     Customs Enforcement, and for other purposes; to the Committee 
     on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs.
