                           MEASURES REFERRED

  The following bills were read the first and the second times by 
unanimous consent, and referred as indicated:

       H.R. 535. An act to require the Administrator of the 
     Environmental Protection Agency to designate per- and 
     polyfluoroalkyl substances as hazardous substances under the 
     Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and 
     Liability Act of 1980; to the Committee on Environment and 
     Public Works.
       H.R. 5078. An act to amend the Small Business Act to 
     provide re-entry entrepreneurship counseling and training 
     services for incarcerated individuals, and for other 
     purposes; to the Committee on Small Business and 
     Entrepreneurship.

  The following concurrent resolution was read the first and the second 
times by unanimous consent, and referred as indicated:

       H. Con. Res. 83. Concurrent resolution directing the 
     President pursuant to section 5(c) of the War Powers 
     Resolution to terminate the use of United States Armed Forces 
     to engage in hostilities in or against Iran; to the Committee 
     on Foreign Relations.
