  Mr. FITZPATRICK. Madam Speaker, on Thursday January 9, 2020 I missed 
votes in the House of Representatives to attend funeral services for my 
brother Former Congressman Michael G. Fitzpatrick. Had I been present, 
I would have voted NAY on Roll Call No. 05; NAY on Roll Call No. 06; 
NAY on Roll Call No. 07; and YEA on Roll Call No. 08.
