  Miss GONZALEZ-COLON of Puerto Rico. Madam Speaker, due to a visit 
with Senator Rick Scott after the earthquakes in Puerto Rico, I was 
unable to vote.
  Had I been present, I would have voted YEA on Roll Call No. 09; YEA 
on Roll Call No. 10; and NAY on Roll Call No. 11.
